Frequently Asked Questions

Design & Customization

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes. Neo Tech Construction is fully licensed and carries comprehensive general liability and worker’s compensation insurance. We strictly adhere to all regional and national building regulations. We can provide proof of certification and coverage upon request before any contract is signed.

Can you handle non-standard layouts or irregular building profiles?

Yes, customization is one of our core specialties. While we offer a complete line of standard locker configurations, our in-house manufacturing team regularly designs and fabricates custom, non-standard profiles. Whether you are dealing with awkward support columns, sloped ceilings, or irregular floor plans, we optimize the layout to maximize your rentable square footage.

Do you provide complete turnkey design solutions?

We do. We take your project from initial layout concept through fabrication to final installation. Our team works directly with your blueprints or building dimensions to engineer high-efficiency corridor and locker configurations that maximize space utilization and customer flow.

What options do you offer for multi-story facilities vs. single-story conversions?

We deliver tailored structural solutions for both types of developments:

  • For multi-story builds: We integrate robust, load-bearing mezzanine support structures, deck systems, and multi-tier configurations.

  • For conversions: We specialize in retrofitting existing industrial or retail spaces, adjusting our wall and header profiles to seamlessly accommodate existing HVAC, fire suppression, and building infrastructure.

Where are your locker systems manufactured?

Our locker and corridor systems are proudly manufactured in-house at our facility in Woodbridge, Ontario. This allows us to maintain strict quality control standards, offer faster lead times, and quickly adapt to mid-project custom fabrication needs without relying on third-party overseas shipping.

Do you use your own installation crews, or do you sub-contract the work?

We use our own dedicated, highly experienced in-house installation teams. Because our crews work exclusively on self-storage systems day in and day out, they know our products intimately. This ensures that the installation is completed rapidly, safely, and exactly to engineering specifications.

What regions within Ontario do you service?

While our manufacturing plant is based in Woodbridge, we service and install self-storage systems for facilities all across Ontario. Whether your project is right here in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) or located elsewhere in the province, our in-house teams handle the transportation and end-to-end installation seamlessly.
