Not every project starts with a clean slab. We work from three starting points.
New construction. We come in at design stage, produce engineering shop drawings for your approval, and manufacture to the approved layout before installation begins.
Expansion. Adding a phase to a facility already taking rentals means working around live operations. We sequence installation so existing units stay accessible throughout.
Conversion. Industrial and retail buildings rarely have the column spacing or clear heights a storage layout wants. Our drawings work to the building’s real constraints: existing columns, sprinkler layout, floor levels and ceiling heights.
Where we fit in your project
Our shop drawings go out for approval before anything is manufactured, so your architect, engineer and general contractor are all reviewing the layout you signed off on. We coordinate directly with owners, developers, architects, consultants, project managers and general contractors, which keeps the locker package from becoming the item that holds up occupancy.
Because design, manufacturing and installation all sit in-house, there is one point of accountability from concept through completion. There is no handoff between a supplier and an unrelated install crew.
